📌 TELAA COFFEE – બિઝનેસ ડેવલપમેન્ટ એક્ઝિક્યુટિવ (ફિલ્ડ સેલ્સ)
શહેર: અમદાવાદ / સુરત / વડોદરા / રાજકોટ | ફુલ-ટાઇમ
🔹 કામ શું છે?
- ઓફિસ, શોરૂમ, હોટેલ, રેસ્ટોરન્ટ, કેફે, ક્લિનિકમાં રોજ 15–20 વિઝિટ
- કોફી કેપ્સ્યુલ મશીનનો ડેમો આપવો, ઓર્ડર લેવો
- મશીન ઇન્સ્ટોલ પછી રિપીટ કેપ્સ્યુલ ઓર્ડર ફોલો-અપ
- પેમેન્ટ ઉઘરાણી (collection)
- રોજ મોબાઇલ એપમાં વિઝિટ રિપોર્ટ
🔹 તમારી પાસે શું જોઈએ?
- ફિલ્ડ સેલ્સ અનુભવ 1+ વર્ષ (FMCG / HoReCa / વેન્ડિંગ / પાણી / ઓફિસ સપ્લાય)
- પોતાનું બાઇક + ડ્રાઇવિંગ લાઇસન્સ + એન્ડ્રોઇડ ફોન
- ગુજરાતી/હિન્દી સારું બોલતા આવડે
- ભણતર: 12/diploma પાસ ચાલશે
🔹 પગાર અને કમાણી
- ફિક્સ: ₹19,000 – ₹21,000 (અનુભવ મુજબ)
- TA: ₹4 પ્રતિ કિમી / મહિને ₹4000 ફિક્સ (daily 50km travelling required)
- ઇન્સેન્ટિવ: ઉઘરાણી થયેલ રકમ પર
– ટાર્ગેટ 80–100% → 3%
– 100–120% → 4%
– 120%+ → 5%
ઉદાહરણ: ₹1.6 લાખ ઉઘરાણી = ₹4,800 ઇન્સેન્ટિવ
- દર મહિને પગાર 5 તારીખે
