Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Title: Domestic Marketing Executive (Ceramic Tiles)

Location: Rajkot / Morbi

Job Purpose:

To expand domestic sales of ceramic tiles by developing strong dealer/distributor networks, increasing market reach, and ensuring timely collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage dealer & distributor network across assigned territory

• Generate new business opportunities in domestic market

• Handle existing customer relationships and increase repeat business

• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals

• Conduct market visits, identify demand trends, and monitor competitor activities

• Ensure payment follow-up and collection from clients

• Coordinate with production, and accounts team

• Promote company products (Vitrified tiles, Wall tiles, GVT/PGVT, etc.)

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 3–5 years in ceramic / building materials / FMCG sales / Loan / Insurance 

• Education: Any Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory)

• Good communication skills (Hindi + English + Regional languages)

• Strong negotiation and convincing ability

• Willingness to travel extensively across India

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel
