Join our team at Cityart Home Studio near Madhapar Ronki, Rajkot. We are looking for an energetic, target-driven Retail Sales Executive to handle walk-in customers and drive sales for our premium home decor, furniture, and interior products.

Job Details

• Job Role: Retail / Counter Sales Executive
• Salary Range: ₹12,000 - ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience) + attractive incentives
• Job Location: Madhapar Ronki, Rajkot, Gujarat
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Working Hours: General Day Shift (9:30 to 8:00)
• Experience Required: 0 - 3 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome)
• Gender: Male / Female

Key Responsibilities (What you will do)

• Customer Engagement: Welcome walk-in clients, architects, and designers to the showroom with a helpful attitude.
• Product Demonstration: Explain features, materials, and benefits of our high-end furniture and tile collections.
• Sales Closure: Understand customer requirements, assist them in making choices, and close the sale to hit monthly targets.
• Lead Management: Maintain customer logs and proactively follow up on inquiries or pending deals.
• Showroom Maintenance: Ensure product displays are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Requirements (What we are looking for)

• Education: 12th pass minimum (Graduation preferred)
• Skills: Strong communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (English is a plus)
• Traits: Confident personality, polite behavior, and strong persuasion skills
• Tech Basics: Basic understanding of smartphones and digital entry (for lead logs)
