Job Description – Sampler (RCU / FCU Department)Position: Sampler

Reporting To: Team Leader / Branch Manager / RCU–FCU Manager
1. Job Summary The Sampler is responsible for conducting on-field verification and sampling activities for Banking & NBFC clients. The role involves visiting customer addresses, collecting accurate information, verifying documents, assessing authenticity, and submitting reports within defined timelines (TAT). The sampler plays a key role in preventing fraud and ensuring quality verification.
- 2. Key Responsibilities A. Field Verification Tasks Conduct residence and office visits of customers as per allocation.
- Verify customer identity, address, employment, and business details.
- Collect photographs of residence/office/neighbourhood as required.
- Take GPS-tagged photographs through the company app/portal.
- Interact with neighbours or references for cross-checking information.
- Conduct shop checks, workplace verification, asset verification, etc.
- B. Documentation & Reporting Fill verification reports accurately on the company app or manual sheets.
- Upload clear photographs and required documents on time.
- Ensure all findings are truthful, complete, and free from manipulation.
- Submit reports within the client’s TAT (Turn Around Time).
- C. Coordination Coordinate with Team Leader/Back Office for daily allocation.
- Update visit status on call or WhatsApp groups.
- Inform supervisors immediately in case of discrepancies or fraud indicators.
- D. Compliance & Conduct Follow company SOPs and client guidelines strictly.
- Maintain proper dress code and behaviour during field visits.
- Use only a valid number-plate vehicle and carry ID card at all times.
- Avoid any unethical practices during verification.
- 3. Required Skills & Competencies : Good communication and observation skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
- Basic knowledge of Android apps and GPS tracking.
- Report writing ability (Hindi/English preferred).
- Strong honesty, discipline, and field behaviour.
- 4. Qualification & Experience : Graduate preferred.
- Experience in RCU/FCU, field verification, or collections will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good field knowledge can also apply.
