Factory Supervisor

To supervise daily factory operations, manage production and stock activities, prepare accurate bills, and ensure smooth coordination between production, packing, inventory, dispatch and management.

2. Ensure employees follow their assigned duties, production schedules and factory SOPs.
3. Monitor raw material, packing material, work-in-progress and finished-goods stock.
4. Coordinate with raw material, production, packing and dispatch departments.
5. Check production quantities, wastage, shortages and damaged goods.
6. Ensure proper approval and documentation for material issues, production transfers and stock movements.
7. Maintain factory cleanliness, hygiene, safety and discipline.
8. Prepare daily production, stock, wastage and dispatch reports.
9. Identify operational problems and report them to the Factory Manager or Management.
10. Ensure efficient use of manpower, machinery and materials.
11. 3. Key Responsibilities – Billing ExecutivePrepare sales bills, purchase bills, delivery bills and other required invoices.
12. Enter billing details accurately into billing software or Excel.
13. Verify product names, quantities, rates, discounts, GST and total amounts before finalizing bills.
14. Maintain proper records of invoices, credit notes, debit notes and cancelled bills.
15. Coordinate with sales, dispatch, accounts and management for billing requirements.
16. Verify customer and supplier details before preparing invoices.
17. Prepare daily billing summaries and submit reports to management.
18. Maintain basic billing and payment-related records.
19. File and maintain all billing documents properly.
20. Report billing errors, rate differences and stock mismatches immediately.
