Job Description
SICELIA SECRETS – RAJKOT
- Job ResponsibilitiesLead and manage daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare authentic Italian dishes, especially pizzas and pastas.
- Expertise in pizza dough preparation, fermentation and baking.
- Knowledge of fresh pasta, sauces and Italian cooking techniques.
- Develop new pizza, pasta and Italian food recipes.
- Maintain food quality, taste, consistency and presentation.
- Manage kitchen staff and train the team.
- Handle food costing, inventory and stock management.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
- Control food wastage and maintain portion consistency.
- Required Skills3–5 years of professional kitchen experience.
- Strong experience in Italian cuisine.
- Specialisation in pizza and pasta preparation.
- Knowledge of Italian sauces, dough and ingredients.
- Experience in menu development and food costing.
- Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
- Preferred ExperienceItalian restaurants
