Job Description
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Female B2B Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team in Rajkot. Our company manufactures and supplies industrial mixing machines used for plastic granules and pesticide applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new B2B leads through calling, WhatsApp, email and online research.
- Contact manufacturers, dealers, distributors and industrial customers.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable machine solutions.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the sales/technical team.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and convert leads into orders.
- Maintain customer information and sales follow-up records in Excel/CRM.
- Build long-term relationships with business customers.
Requirements:
- Female candidates preferred.
- Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in B2B/inside sales.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Gujarati and Hindi required; basic English preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp and email.
- Positive attitude, confidence and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in industrial, machinery, plastic, chemical or B2B sales will be an advantage.
