Sales Manager

Key Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Generate and follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and purchase orders.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Conduct customer meetings and visits as required.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Ensure accurate data entry in ERP/CRM systems.

Provide management with market feedback and business development updates.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.

Identify opportunities for increasing sales and expanding the customer base.

Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure timely responses.

Receive and register customer complaints and service requests.

Identify opportunities for increasing sales and expanding the customer base.

Follow up with customers for purchase orders and order confirmations.

Verify order details including product, quantity, specifications, price, delivery schedule, and payment terms.

Coordinate with Dispatch and Logistics regarding customer delivery schedules.

Guide and monitor Sales Executives/Business Development Executives.

Review daily/weekly sales activities and follow-up status.
