Sales & Marketing Executive

1. ROLE SUMMARY

Triolab is hiring an energetic, target-driven Sales Associate to lead dynamic sales efforts at consumer expos, trade shows, and

multi-day exhibitions. This position is ideal for an ambitious sales professional who excels in direct customer engagement, active

product pitching, and revenue generation across event sales, retail lead calling, and B2B wholesale client onboarding.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Exhibition & On-Site Sales (Primary Focus): Actively represent Triolab at trade shows and expos. Proactively engage visitors,

perform compelling product demonstrations, build customer rapport, and achieve high daily sales volumes on-site. Manage

stall setup, inventory, and lead capturing.

● Retail Calling & Direct Follow-ups: Contact past exhibition visitors and retail leads via direct calling. Drive repeat sales, upselling, and cross-selling to convert leads into loyal retail customers.

● Wholesale Partner Acquisition: Identify and onboard new wholesale clients, stockists, and retail counters to expand

Triolab's B2B distribution network and achieve long-term account growth.

3. REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

● Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in direct sales, retail counter sales, or exhibition/event marketing.

● Communication: Excellent verbal communication, strong presentation ability, high energy, and persuasive interpersonal

skills.

● Flexibility & Mobility: Willingness to travel locally/regionally and work flexible hours during scheduled multi-day

exhibitions.

● Result-Oriented: Strong personal motivation to meet performance benchmarks and maximize variable incentive earnings.

4. REMUNERATION & EARNING STRUCTURE

Expected Take-Home Range: ₹10,000 – ₹40,000+ per month

(Comprising Fixed Base Salary + Daily Exhibition Allowances + Performance-Linked Sales Incentives)
