Job Description

પદ: Social Media Executive / Social Media Handler

મુખ્ય જવાબદારીઓ:

  • Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp વગેરે Social Media Account મેનેજ કરવાના.
  • રોજિંદા Post, Story, Reel અને Video અપલોડ કરવાના.
  • નવા Offers, Discounts અને Product Promotions માટે Creative Content તૈયાર કરાવવું/પોસ્ટ કરવું.
  • Product Photo & Video Shoot માટે Coordination કરવું.
  • Customer Comments અને Messages નો યોગ્ય જવાબ આપવો.
  • Social Media પર Customer Engagement વધારવું.
  • Trending Reels, Audio અને Content Ideas શોધીને ઉપયોગ કરવો.
  • Weekly/Monthly Social Media Performance Report બનાવવો.
  • Competitors અને Market Trends પર નજર રાખવી.
  • Store Events અને New Offersનું Social Media Promotion કરવું.

Brand Image અને Company Guidelines મુજબ Content જાળવવું.

કૌશલ્ય:

  • Instagram & Facebook & Social Media ની સારી સમજ
  • Canva / Basic Video Editing આવડવું
  • Gujarati + Hindi + English Communication
  • Creative Thinking
  • Photography / Videography ની basic સમજ
  • Regular અને Responsible Working Attitude

Experience: 1–2 વર્ષનો અનુભવ preferred.
