Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day‑to‑day store operations
  • Manage stock, inventory, inward & outward entries
  • Maintain store cleanliness and display standards
  • Coordinate with delivery team and vendors
  • Prepare daily sales & stock reports
  • Ensure proper billing and cash handling
  • Support customers and resolve basic queries
  • Monitor store discipline and follow company policies


Requirements

  • Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software)
  • Good communication & customer handling skills
  • Ability to manage the store independently
  • Should be responsible, punctual, and disciplined
  • Salary: As per company norms (based on experience)
