Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesGuide members on correct exercise techniques and proper use of gym equipment.
- Create workout plans based on members' fitness goals such as weight loss, muscle gain, strength, and general fitness.
- Provide Personal Training (PT) sessions to members.
- Monitor members' progress and modify workout plans when required.
- Assist beginners and ensure exercises are performed safely.
- Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and a professional environment on the gym floor.
- Motivate members and provide a positive fitness experience.
- Help members understand basic fitness, nutrition, recovery, and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Support the gym in increasing Personal Training memberships.
- Ensure gym equipment is used correctly and report any equipment-related issues.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum 1–2 years of experience as a Gym/Fitness Trainer preferred.
- Good knowledge of strength training, weight training, fat loss, muscle building, and functional exercises.
- Fitness certification is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with good practical knowledge and experience.
- Good communication and member-handling skills.
- Professional, disciplined, punctual, and energetic personality.
- Should be comfortable working in morning/evening gym shifts.
- Knowledge of Personal Training and client transformation will be an advantage.
