Job Description
PIEM Educational Services Pvt. Limited is looking for a professional and confident Female Academic Counselor for an office-based role. The candidate will counsel students and parents, handle inquiries, explain academic services, conduct follow-ups, and support enrollment conversions.
Key Responsibilities
● Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs and services.
● Handle calls, inquiries, follow-ups, and prospective clients.
● Explain programs, services, and fee structures professionally.
● Convert qualified inquiries into enrollments.
● Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups.
● Coordinate with academic and management teams.
● Achieve assigned counseling and enrollment targets.
Requirements
● Minimum 3 years of experience in the Education Sector.
● Graduate in any discipline.
● Fluent English communication—spoken and written.
● Excellent counseling, communication, and convincing skills.
● Good computer knowledge.
● Confident, professional, and target-oriented personality.
