Job Description
We are looking for a practical and detail-oriented Accountant cum Office Assistant to manage day-to-day bookkeeping, routine office tasks, and client documentation. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working under a CA, possessing strong command over MS Excel, MS Word, basic accounting entries, and good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft basic official emails, letters, and client communication using MS Word.
- Maintain and update data records, billing sheets, and client tracking lists in MS Excel.
- Handle physical and digital document filing, record-keeping, and office file management.
- Coordinate routine client communications over phone calls and emails in Hindi and English.
- Assist in general front-desk and office administration duties as needed.
