Job Description:

  • Prepare professional investigation reports based on field findings and FE inputs.
  • Review and verify case documents, statements, medical records, and supporting evidence.
  • Identify discrepancies, missing information, and inconsistencies in the investigation findings.
  • Maintain proper case-wise records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with Field Executives for clarification and additional information whenever required.
  • Ensure reports follow the required client/company format and guidelines.
  • Complete assigned reports within the prescribed TAT.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all case-related information and documents.
