Job Description

  • Make Outbound Calls: Contact prospective clients to introduce company products, services, or special offers using pre-defined scripts.
  • Handle Inbound Calls: Respond to incoming customer queries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
  • Lead Follow-Up: Track and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns to convert prospects into sales.
  • Data Management: Accurately update customer records, feedback, and interaction logs within the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas for call volume, lead generation, or closed sales.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on all features and benefits of the offerings to tailor pitches effectively.
