Business Development Executive

EY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the centre's revenue across all six services against agreed monthly and quarterly targets

• Convert enquiries and institutional relationships into enrolments through a structured pipeline

• Build partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching institutes and organisations across Ranchi and Jharkhand, and run local outreach: school and college visits, seminars and parent meetings

• Lead the centre team and outreach interns, with authority over daily follow-up, team targets and local outreach within company guidelines

• Send the management a daily report on revenue, pipeline and conversion

• Uphold the centre's standards of counselling quality, documentation and client experience

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Graduate in any discipline with 2 to 5 years of experience in sales, admissions, counselling or business development; education sector preferred

• A proven revenue record and the ability to read a pipeline, set targets and close

• Has led a team or a target-driven function

• Fluent Hindi and English, spoken and written

• A network in Ranchi's education circle is an advantage

• Ownership and discipline; comfortable with daily reporting and measurable targets

WHAT WE OFFER

• Fixed CTC of ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month (₹1.8 to ₹3.0 lakh a year), based on experience and track record; statutory benefits as applicable

• Performance-linked incentive on enrolments and revenue, under a written plan shared before the offer

• Formal offer letter before joining

• A founding role, supported by outreach interns and the company's enquiry channels
