Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are seeking a highly driven and knowledgeable Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing team. The primary focus of this role is on client acquisition and financial education within the share market segment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for finance, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven attitude to bring in and manage clients actively trading or interested in the stock market.

• Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition: Actively identify, prospect, and onboard new clients, specifically targeting individuals and entities who are actively involved or interested in the share market and trading.
• Financial Education & Consulting: Conduct informative sessions or one-on-one discussions to impart essential knowledge about the share market, investment products, and trading strategies offered by the company.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and investment profiles.
• Investment Follow-up: Consistently take follow-up on client's investment positions, current holdings, and overall portfolio performance to ensure client satisfaction and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned monthly/quarterly targets for new client acquisitions and revenue generation.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities using the company's CRM system.
