Job DescriptionWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with experience in selling Google Ads and digital marketing services. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, generating business leads, and promoting Google Ads solutions to businesses.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and references.
• Sell Google Ads, Google PPC, and other digital marketing solutions to potential clients.
• Understand clients' business requirements and suggest suitable advertising packages.
• Meet monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to explain Google Ads services.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain daily sales reports and update the sales pipeline.
• Required SkillsGood communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong sales and convincing abilities.
• Knowledge of Google Ads and digital marketing services.
• Experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.
• Ability to achieve sales targets.
• Eligibility Criteria Experience: 1–5 years in sales/business development.
• Education: Graduate preferred.
• Experience in selling Google Ads, PPC, SEO, or digital marketing services will be an advantage.
• Candidates with experience in selling advertising packages or online business promotion services are preferred.
