Job Description
Role Summary:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role involves market research, sales strategy execution, client acquisition, and partnership development.
- Key Responsibilities : Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Generate and qualify leads, conduct meetings, and convert prospects into clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Develop and execute sales and business growth strategies.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track sales pipeline, revenue targets, and business development KPIs.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
