Civil Foreman/supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Civil Foreman to supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities at the project site. The candidate will be responsible for managing workers, coordinating with engineers and contractors, ensuring proper execution of work, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

• Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site.
• Manage and coordinate workers, masons, helpers, and other site manpower.
• Ensure construction work is carried out as per drawings, instructions, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with the Site Engineer and other site personnel for smooth execution of work.
• Monitor the quality of construction work and ensure proper workmanship.
• Check materials and ensure their proper utilization at the site.
• Allocate daily work to workers and monitor their productivity.
• Ensure work is completed within the given timeline.
• Monitor activities such as brickwork, plastering, RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, flooring, masonry, and other civil works.
• Maintain proper discipline and safety practices at the construction site.
• Report daily work progress, manpower requirements, and site issues to the concerned engineer/management.
• Identify and communicate any construction-related issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness at the work site.

Candidate Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in construction/real estate projects.
• Good knowledge of basic civil construction activities and site work.
• Ability to manage labour and coordinate multiple site activities.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and site instructions.
• Strong supervision, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work at a construction site and manage work under pressure.

Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with hands-on experience in residential, commercial, or real-estate construction projects will be preferred.
