Job Description

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
  • Communicate with international and domestic customers in fluent English.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain good communication and customer relationships.
  • Provide accurate information about company products and services.
  • Maintain daily call records and customer information.
  • Must have excellent verbal communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude

Required Skills:

  • Fluent English speaking is mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good telephone etiquette and listening skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to handle customer queries confidently.
  • Good problem-solving skills.

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Experience: Freshers and Experienced both can apply.

Shift: Both Day Shift and Night Shift available.
