Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
2. Manage the company's social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
3. Create engaging marketing content, social media posts, banners, promotional creatives, and product-related materials.
4. Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings, search visibility, and organic traffic.
5. Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads, social media advertising, and other paid marketing campaigns.
6. Generate qualified business leads through digital marketing campaigns and online platforms.
7. Create and manage email marketing campaigns targeting potential clients and existing customers.
8. Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and lead conversions using Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
9. Coordinate with the sales team to understand business requirements and develop effective lead-generation strategies.
10. Research competitors, industry trends, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
11. Maintain a consistent online brand presence and strengthen the company's brand awareness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in digital marketing.
3. Excellent knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
4. Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
5. Basic to intermediate knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar applications.
6. Good knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Strong creative thinking, analytical abilities, and a result-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills

1. Experience in B2B digital marketing and business lead generation.
2. Prior experience in healthcare, medical equipment, healthcare software, or IT industries.
3. Practical knowledge of lead generation through LinkedIn campaigns and Google Ads.
4. Understanding of website management, content marketing, and digital brand development.
