📊 About the Role

We are looking for an experienced RMS Operations Executive to manage day-to-day risk and trading operations across Equity & F&O segments.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of RMS, margin monitoring, exposure management, client risk management and trading operations, with hands-on experience in Symphony RMS preferred.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Monitor client positions, margins, exposure and trading limits

• Manage margin shortfalls, negative balances and risk positions

• Handle risk-based order rejections and square-off activities

• Configure and maintain RMS parameters and risk controls in Symphony

• Monitor Equity Cash & F&O positions, including expiry-related risks

• Monitor trading activity during volatile market conditions

• Coordinate with Dealing, Operations, Compliance & Technology teams

• Support pay-in, margin and payout-related RMS activities

• Prepare daily RMS/MIS reports and maintain operational records

• Support implementation and testing of new RMS rules and system changes

🎯 Required Skills

✅ Strong understanding of Stock Broking RMS Operations

✅ Knowledge of Equity & F&O products

✅ Understanding of Margin, Exposure, VAR, SPAN & Risk Limits

✅ Hands-on experience with RMS/Trading Platforms

✅ Knowledge of NSE/BSE trading & RMS processes

✅ Good analytical and problem-solving skills

✅ Good knowledge of MS Excel

✅ Ability to work effectively under pressure during market hours

🎓 Qualification

Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.

NISM certification in Securities Operations & Risk Management / Equity Derivatives will be preferred.
