Financial Sales Manager – Insurance

Job Summary

SK Investments & Insurance is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Financial Sales Manager to drive insurance sales, generate business through self-sourcing, and build and manage a team of 4–5 sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate self-sourced leads through networking, referrals, field visits, and other sales activities.

* Sell insurance and financial products to new and existing customers.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.

* Build, recruit, train, and manage a team of 4–5 sales executives.

* Guide the team in lead generation, customer meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.

* Monitor individual and team performance and ensure achievement of targets.

* Conduct regular field visits and client meetings as required.

* Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, sales, and team performance.

* Stay updated about insurance products, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

* 3+ years of experience in insurance sales, financial services, banking, or a related sales role.

* Proven experience in field sales and lead generation.

* Ability to generate and convert own leads independently.

* Prior experience in team handling/team building is preferred.

* Must have a 2-wheeler and valid driving licence.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Target-oriented and comfortable working in a field-sales environment.

* Immediate joiners preferred.

* Open to Male/Female candidates.

Compensation
