Job Description
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an IT Support & Hardware/Network Engineer to manage and maintain our company's IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and other IT hardware.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows, software and applications.
- Manage and maintain company servers, including regular monitoring, backups and troubleshooting.
- Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and other network equipment.
- Troubleshoot network, internet and connectivity issues.
- Manage user accounts, system access and email-related issues.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance of computers, servers and network equipment.
- Ensure data backup and basic IT security practices.
- Coordinate with external IT/service vendors whenever required.
- Maintain records of IT assets, systems and equipment.
Requirements:
- Experience in IT support, hardware, networking and server maintenance.
- Good knowledge of Windows, LAN/WAN, routers, switches and servers.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
- Relevant IT/Computer qualification or equivalent practical experience.
Experience: 1–3 years preferred. Freshers with strong practical knowledge may also be considered.
