Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Oversee arrivals, departures, VIP greetings, and resolve any escalated guest complaints.
Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor front desk and guest service personnel.
Coordinate room statuses smoothly with housekeeping and maintenance.
Monitor daily room inventory, track budgets, and supervise the night audit process
Core Requirements
High school diploma or a degree in hospitality, hotel management, or business administration.
Previous supervisory or front desk experience in a customer-focused environment.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and proficiency in hotel or office management software.
