Reporting To: Senior HR Manager / Group Management

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive – Group HR & Operations who can support HR operations across different business verticals and coordinate with employees, managers and branch teams across locations.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End HR Operations
- Manage day-to-day HR operations across multiple business verticals and locations.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, HRMS and personnel documentation.
- Coordinate joining formalities, onboarding, induction, employee documentation and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, working hours and HR-related records.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance data, deductions, incentives and other HR inputs.
- Support Full & Final Settlement and relieving/experience documentation.
2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle recruitment requirements across IT, FinTech, Sales, Support, Operations, Accounts, Marketing and other functions.
- Prepare and publish Job Descriptions on HRMS/job portals and other approved recruitment channels.
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate telephonic, online and face-to-face interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines, interview status and recruitment MIS.
- Coordinate offer, selection, joining and onboarding processes.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as an HR point of contact for employees across assigned business verticals.
- Address employee queries, workplace concerns and routine grievances professionally.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs and organizational activities.
- Promote discipline, accountability, professional conduct and positive workplace culture.
- Assist management in handling employee-related escalations.
4. HR Policy & Compliance Support
- Implement and communicate company HR policies, SOPs, attendance and leave guidelines.
- Monitor compliance with internal HR processes and documentation requirements.
- Maintain proper HR records for audit and management review.
- Support statutory and labour-law-related HR documentation and compliance activities under management/HR guidance.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee information.
5. Performance & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Support probation confirmation, performance reviews and employee development processes.
- Coordinate KRA/KPI documentation and performance-related HR processes.
- Maintain records of warnings, counselling, performance improvement and other employee lifecycle activities.
- Assist managers in following appropriate HR processes for performance and disciplinary matters.
6. HRMS & HR Automation
- Ensure effective use of HRMS for attendance, leave, recruitment, employee records and other HR processes.
- Maintain accurate employee and recruitment data in HRMS.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Support implementation of digital HR workflows, automated recruitment communication, onboarding and documentation systems.
7. Group HR Coordination
- Coordinate HR activities across different business verticals and branches.
- Work with department heads, managers, team leaders and remote employees.
- Follow up on HR requirements from different locations and ensure timely closure.
- Prepare regular HR MIS, recruitment reports, attendance reports and management updates.
- Maintain centralized HR records for Group-level reporting.
- Required Skills & Competencies Good knowledge of HR operations and recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently handle multiple HR activities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets, MS Office and HRMS.
- Ability to work with employees and managers across different departments.
- Strong follow-up, coordination and documentation skills.
- Professional approach to employee grievances and confidential matters.
- Good understanding of HR policies, attendance, leave and employee lifecycle processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-business environment.
- Willingness to learn technology-driven HR processes and automation.
- Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
- Prior experience in a multi-location or multi-business organization will be preferred.
- Experience with HRMS/recruitment portals will be an advantage.
Work Model Ranchi: Onsite – Regular office-based HR & Operations responsibilities.
Other Branches/Locations: Remote/Virtual coordination with employees, managers and branch teams as assigned.
The candidate may be required to coordinate with multiple business verticals and locations depending on organizational requirements.
