Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, daily HR operations, and employee engagement. In this role, you will source talent, streamline onboarding, track attendance and leaves, coordinate payroll inputs, and foster a healthy work culture.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing and screening candidate profiles through portal databases, professional networks, and job listings.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Managing onboarding formalities, documentation verification, and issuing offer/appointment letters.
- Maintaining daily attendance, leave records, and HR management system (HRMS) databases.
- Assisting in payroll coordination by calculating working days, leaves, and overtime inputs.
- Addressing employee queries, conducting engagement activities, and maintaining company culture.
