Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.)
- Respond to clients promptly and share service details/quotations
- Follow up regularly with leads to convert them into bookings
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable packages
- Maintain proper inquiry and client data records
- Coordinate with the operations/photography team for bookings
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer handling
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
