### Job Title: Sales Executive – Life Insurance (Tata AIA Life Insurance)

This is a *core field sales and customer-facing revenue role, not a desk or back-office job. Apply **only* if you meet all of the following non-negotiable requirements:

* You are comfortable meeting clients in person and handling monthly sales quotas.

* You possess a valid two-wheeler and an active driver’s license.

* You are willing to clear the mandatory *IRDAI IC-38 certification exam* to obtain your license before client onboarding.

* You have ready documentation: Aadhaar, PAN card, and 10th/12th/Graduation mark sheets.

### Role & Key Responsibilities

* Identify prospective high-net-worth individuals and retail clients through cold calling, referrals, and territory mapping.

* Conduct face-to-face financial planning meetings to pitch life insurance, ULIPs, savings, and term protection solutions.

* Manage end-to-end sales pipelines: lead qualification, proposal generation, client document collection, and premium login.

* Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly New Business Premium (NBP) targets.

* Coordinate with the branch operations team for smooth policy issuance and renewal tracking.

### Mandatory IRDAI Certification & Examination Fee

Under regulatory guidelines, every life insurance professional must be licensed through the *Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI)*.

### Candidate Profile & Eligibility

* *Education:* Minimum Graduate (10+2+3) in any stream. Well-spoken 10+2 candidates with proven insurance/BFSI sales track records may be considered.

* *Experience:* 6 months to 3 years of field sales experience (Life Insurance, General Insurance, Banking CASA, Loans, or Telecom preferred). Fresher candidates with strong communication and hunger for sales are welcome.

* *Skills:* Negotiation, relationship management, and persistence in objection handling.

* *Language:* Fluent in local regional language + functional working knowledge of Hindi/English.
