Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct regular inspection of all company infrastructure including magazines, residential properties, offices, warehouses, and other facilities.
  • Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, quantity calculations, and material requirements for civil works.
  • Ensure all construction work complies with approved drawings, engineering standards, and company specifications.
  • Monitor contractors, labour teams, and vendors for productivity, workmanship, and safety.
  • Maintain daily site progress reports.
  • Coordinate with contractor, vendor, Client.
  • Perform any other civil engineering or infrastructure-related responsibilities assigned by management.
