Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- OPD Coordination: Greet patients, manage registrations, handle billing, and coordinate doctor appointments.
- Optical Sales: Guide patients in selecting frames, explain lens options (e.g., anti-glare), and meet monthly sales targets.
- Customer Service: Answer phone inquiries, manage walk-ins, and ensure a smooth patient experience.
Required Qualifications & Skills Experience:
Prior experience in clinic reception or retail sales (preferred)
Skills: Excellent communication, strong multitasking, and basic computer/billing proficiency.
Aptitude: Customer-centric mindset with a natural ability to build rapport and drive sales.
