Job Description
Welcome and assist clients and visitors professionally.
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in enquiries.
Collect and record client/enquiry details accurately.
Explain basic services and packages as instructed.
Forward enquiries to the concerned sales/enquiry team and support follow-ups.
Coordinate client meetings, studio visits, and internal communication.
Maintain daily enquiry, visitor, and call records.
Handle basic client concerns and escalate issues when required.
Maintain reception area, grooming, discipline, and professional behaviour.
Follow company policies, checklists, and instructions.
Support other front-office tasks assigned by management.
