Job Summary: European Beauty and Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic

Regional Manager to lead and expand our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing franchise management, driving sales and business growth, developing strategies, and managing regional operations. This is a critical leadership role requiring strong managerial skills, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to ensure smooth daily operations and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Franchise Management: Oversee existing franchises, ensure compliance with company standards, and support new franchise setup and development.
• Sales & Business Growth: Plan and implement strategies to increase sales and expand market presence.
• Business Development Management: Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth.
• Strategic Decision-Making: Analyze regional trends and make informed decisions to improve performance and profitability.
• Hiring & Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure high levels of performance and motivation.
• Office & Operations Management: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the regional office including resource planning and process control.
• Operations Planning & Control: Develop and monitor operational plans to meet business targets efficiently.
• Requirements: Education: Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant managerial experience in sales, business development, or operations.
