Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads for land ,plots, residential properties and house construction
  • Contact prospective customer through phone calls WhatsApp
  • Understand customer requirement
  • Arrange and coordinate property site visit
  • Follow-up regularly with interested customer and convert leads into sales
  • Maintain daily records of customer enquiries follow-up and sales visit
  • Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets
