Well-capitalized start-up seeks extremely talented Salesman to help pioneer commerce on the Internet as Well as Ground. You must have experience designing and building large and complex (yet maintainable) systems, and you should be able to do so in about one-third the time that most competent people think possible. You should have a B or M degree in Business or the equivalent. Top-notch communication skills are essential. Familiarity would be helpful but is not necessary.

Company Description YOUTH INDIA MEDICAL ENGINEERING SCHOLARSHIP is an organization focused on supporting students pursuing medical and engineering education through scholarship and guidance initiatives. The organization aims to increase access to quality education for young learners, especially those who may face financial or informational barriers. By engaging with schools, families, and communities, it promotes awareness of scholarship opportunities and academic pathways. Team members contribute to outreach, counseling, and promotional activities that help connect students with resources and programs that support their educational goals.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Ranchi. The specialist will develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote the organization's scholarship programs and educational services. Daily responsibilities include identifying prospective students and partner institutions, conducting outreach campaigns, and presenting program benefits through in-person meetings, events, and sessions. The role involves coordinating marketing materials, managing inquiries, providing clear information to students and parents, and maintaining accurate records

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly to students, families, and institutional partners.
• Customer Service abilities to respond to inquiries, provide guidance, and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Sales skills to generate leads, follow up effectively, and convert interest into enrollment or participation.
• Training experience to conduct informational sessions, workshops, or orientations related to scholarship and academic pathways.
• Sales Management capabilities to track metrics, manage pipelines, and support planning for sales and outreach activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with basic office software and digital tools for communication, reporting, and presentations.
• Ability to work on-site in Ranchi, travel locally for outreach when required, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Prior experience in education, training, scholarship programs, or social impact initiatives is an advantage.

Salary Upto 60K+ (15K +TA + Incentive)
