Social Media Marketer

Role SummaryWe are looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media & Lead Generation Executive to build our brand presence across social platforms and bring in quality business leads. The ideal candidate combines strong content creation skills with a proven record of turning social media activity into real business opportunities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and publish a minimum of 25 posts per month on each active social media platform (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Develop engaging content such as graphics, short videos, carousels, articles, and captions that reflect our brand voice.
• Generate at least 25 qualified leads per month across different areas of the business:
• Project partners (collaborators, vendors, associates)
• Project employees (skilled professionals, freelancers, hires)
• Prospective clients
• Run outreach, engagement, and follow-up activities to convert social media interest into leads.
• Maintain a content calendar and track performance (reach, engagement, lead conversion).
• Report weekly or monthly on results, with suggestions for improvement.
• RequirementsProven track record in social media management and lead generation (please share past work, campaigns, or measurable results).
• Strong content creation skills in writing, design, and video.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, CapCut or Premiere, scheduling tools, and analytics dashboards.
• Good understanding of B2B and B2C audiences and platform-specific trends.
• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets.
