Store Manager Of The Souled Store

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the store.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Drive store profitability and monitor key business KPIs.
• Lead, motivate and manage the store team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming and discipline.
• Plan staff rosters and ensure adequate manpower throughout operating hours.
• Monitor stock availability, replenishment and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with the stock team for inward, outward and stock transfers.
• Ensure proper implementation of visual merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain store presentation and brand standards.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Monitor daily sales, conversion, average transaction value and other relevant KPIs.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly store performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
• Coordinate with the HO/management for operational requirements.

Preferred Profile

• Graduate preferred.
• 3–5+ years of experience in retail/store management.
• Experience in fashion/lifestyle retail will be preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good understanding of sales and retail operations.
