Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers and follow up on leads.

Handle incoming customer calls and provide relevant information.

Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication

Generate leads and convert them into potential customers.

Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.

Schedule customer appointments and follow up for confirmations.

Coordinate with the sales/service team for customer requirements.

Achieve daily and monthly calling and follow-up targets.

Handle customer queries professionally and ensure timely resolution.

Update customer information and follow-up status regularly.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in Hindi; basic English communication skills preferred.

Confident and polite telephone manner.

Good convincing and negotiation skills.

Customer-oriented approach.

Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.

Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.

Ability to maintain records and update customer data.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Previous experience as a Telecaller/Customer Support Executive will be an added advantage.
