Responsibilities• Handle customer calls, WhatsApp & enquiries
• Follow up on website leads and abandoned carts
• Convert enquiries into sales
• Assist customers with eyewear selection
• Coordinate with the digital marketing team
• Maintain customer follow-ups and sales records
