The candidate will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls, following up with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into successful sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing customers.
• Follow up with leads provided by the company in a timely manner.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about our products/services.
• Convert potential leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
• Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports and performance updates.
• Coordinate with the team to improve lead conversion and overall sales performance.
• RequirementsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
• Fluent in Hindi; basic knowledge of English is preferred.
• Strong interest in sales and customer handling.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and hardworking.
• Basic knowledge of computers, CRM, and Excel.
• Freshers can also apply if they have good communication and sales skills.
• Candidates with experience in Tele-calling, Tele-Sales, Inside Sales, or BPO will be preferred.
