About our company- Sahu & Sons Group, Ranchi (Since 1972) is a 50+ year old trusted business house of Jharkhand operating three flagship businesses - Sahu & Sons Fireworks, a leading fireworks wholesaler of Jharkhand & Bihar with retail outlet at Itki Road, Lah Kothi, Ranchi, SS Powerbikes, an authorized Yamaha dealership with two facilities at Pandra & Hawai Nagar, Ranchi, and Sahu & Sons Truckings Pvt. Ltd., an authorized Ashok Leyland (M&HCV) dealership with state-of-the-art 3S facilities at Ratu Road & NH-20, Ranchi.
We are hiring Workshop Manager for our Authorized Yamaha Service Centre.
Location: YAMAHA SERVICE CENTRE, INDRAPRASTH COLONY, ITKI RD, PISKA MORE, RANCHI - 834005
Experience: 3-5 Years
Responsibilities:
- Manage workshop operations and service team.
- Ensure timely service, quality checks and customer satisfaction.
- Handle job cards, bay allocation and spare parts coordination.
- Achieve service targets and maintain CSI.
- Train technicians and resolve customer complaints.
Requirements:
- 4-5 Years of experience in 2-wheeler automobile (Yamaha preferred)
- Qualification: Diploma/12th pass/Graduation
- Strong technical knowledge and team handling skills
