Job Description
- Prepare detailed project schedules, work plans, and construction timelines.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project progress against planned targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, billing teams, and subcontractors to ensure timely execution of work.
- Track project milestones, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare manpower, material, equipment, and resource planning based on project requirements.
- Prepare and update work programs, bar charts, S-curves, and progress charts.
- Analyze planned versus actual progress and highlight deviations.
- Assist in preparing baseline schedules, revised schedules, and recovery plans.
- Coordinate with the execution team to ensure work activities are aligned with project schedules.
- Review construction drawings and BOQs to understand project scope and sequencing.
- Maintain project records, progress data, and planning documentation.
- Prepare look-ahead schedules for weekly and monthly execution activities.
- Attend project review meetings and provide updates on project status, delays, and critical activities.
