About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive who can handle both B2B and B2C sales. The candidate will be responsible for finding new customers, visiting potential clients, generating leads, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through field visits, references, calling, and market research.

- Handle both B2B and B2C sales and identify potential customers.

- Visit hotels, restaurants, cafés, dhabas, banquet halls, offices, retailers, distributors, shops, and other potential business locations.

- Approach potential customers and explain the company's products and their benefits.

- Generate and maintain a strong pipeline of interested clients.

- Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.

- Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.

- Coordinate with senior team members for interested and high-potential clients.

- Follow up regularly with leads and customers for order closures.

- Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.

- Maintain daily field visit, lead, follow-up, and sales reports.

- Collect customer feedback and share market information with the management.

- Ensure proper follow-up until the final order/closure.

B2B Sales Focus

- Target businesses and bulk buyers such as hotels, restaurants, cafés, dhabas, banquet halls, offices, retailers, distributors, dealers, and other commercial clients.

- Focus on bulk orders and long-term business relationships.

- Generate new business accounts and distributor/dealer opportunities.

B2C Sales Focus

- Approach individual customers and retail consumers.

- Promote products and generate direct sales.

- Build customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

- Identify and develop new retail markets.

Requirements

- 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

- Previous experience in field sales, FMCG, B2B or B2C sales will be an advantage.

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Comfortable with field work and regular market visits.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, Google Maps, and reporting.

- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
