Job Description

Solar Sales TelecallerJob Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for solar projects.
  • Explain On-Grid, Off-Grid, and Hybrid Solar System solutions to customers.
  • Understand customer requirements, electricity consumption, and project needs.
  • Follow up with leads and convert interested customers into sales.
  • Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
  • Provide basic information about solar pricing, government subsidies, and net metering.
  • Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales status.
  • Coordinate with the sales and installation teams for smooth customer handling.
  • Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Hindi communication is required; basic English is preferred.
  • Previous telecalling or sales experience will be an advantage.
  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
  • Basic computer, WhatsApp, and CRM knowledge.
  • Experience in the solar industry will be an added advantage.
