Job Description
Role OverviewHotel Silver Inn is looking for dependable housekeeping staff to keep guest rooms and hotel areas clean, hygienic, and welcoming. The role requires attention to detail, respectful guest service, and a commitment to hotel cleanliness standards.
- Key ResponsibilitiesClean guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas.
- Make beds and replace linen, towels, toiletries, and guest supplies.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust furniture and fixtures.
- Collect waste and dispose of it safely.
- Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals according to safety instructions.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items, and safety hazards promptly.
- Record and hand over lost property according to hotel procedures.
- Respond politely to guest requests while respecting privacy and room-access procedures.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and keep storage areas and housekeeping trolleys organised.
- Coordinate with reception and the housekeeping supervisor to prepare rooms on time.
