Property Manager

Property Manager Required – Boutique Stay & Café | Tapovan, Rishikesh

Stayberry, a boutique stay & café in Tapovan, Rishikesh, is looking for a responsible and hands-on Property Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our 7-bedroom property.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs

• Handle guest enquiries, requests and complaints

• Coordinate housekeeping and ensure rooms are guest-ready

• Monitor room bookings across OTA platforms

• Coordinate with café and housekeeping staff

• Maintain cleanliness, service standards and overall guest experience

• Handle basic inventory and property supplies

• Coordinate with vendors, maintenance and service providers

• Assist with cash/billing and daily operational records

• Ensure the property runs smoothly in the owner's absence

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel, homestay, hostel, B&B or hospitality management preferred

• Good communication and guest-handling skills

• Responsible, organised and proactive

• Comfortable using WhatsApp, booking platforms and basic computer applications

• Able to independently handle day-to-day operations

• Hospitality experience is a strong advantage

Location: Tapovan, Rishikesh

Position: Full-time, Live-in

Salary: ₹18000-20000/month
