Job Description

We're seeking a Hostel Front Desk Shift Manager to oversee daily operations. Your primary responsibilities will include managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling inquiries and reservations, and resolving any guest concerns promptly. You'll coordinate with housekeeping to ensure room readiness and maintain a clean, welcoming atmosphere in the lobby. Strong communication skills and previous experience in customer service or hospitality are highly valued.
