City Expansion Manager – Business Linker

BL Network Private Limited is expanding its professional business networking platform, Business Linker, across different cities. We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected City Expansion Manager who can develop business relationships and help build new Business Linker chapters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with business owners, entrepreneurs and professionals in the assigned city.
• Build strong B2B relationships and expand the Business Linker network.
• Generate and qualify new leads through field visits, networking and referrals.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential members.
• Explain the Business Linker concept and convert qualified prospects into members.
• Develop a strong core group for launching new chapters.
• Organize networking meets and business interactions with prospective members.
• Maintain a database and regular follow-up with prospects.
• Work towards launching and stabilizing new Business Linker chapters.
• Achieve monthly targets for qualified prospects, meetings and new memberships.

Candidate Profile:

• 3–7 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Relationship Management or Field Sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Should be confident in meeting business owners and senior professionals.
• Strong local network will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned city and nearby areas.
• Self-driven, presentable and target-oriented.
• Hindi and English communication skills preferred.

Important: This is not a telecalling job. The role requires extensive field networking, face-to-face meetings and relationship building.

Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month + Travel + Performance Incentives.

Location: Rohtak / Bahadurgarh / Delhi-NCR
